Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you order a report from Uncle ESG through this website. By submitting an application and paying, you agree to them.

What you get

A GHG Protocol-aligned Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions report for your company, calculated by a person from the information and bills you send us, and emailed to you. Our method and emission factors are set out on How we calculate.

The report is emissions data you can supply to a client or keep for your records. It is not a certification, an audit, or a regulatory compliance filing, and it does not cover Scope 3.

Prices and turnaround

• Standard: S$150, 5 business days.
• Priority: S$300, 48 hours, firm.
• Multi-Site: S$250 + S$90/site, 7–14 days.

Turnaround is counted from a complete submission — once we have everything we need, your full details and bills — not from the moment you pay.

Prices are in Singapore dollars and paid in full, upfront, by card through Stripe.

Your part

• Give us accurate company details and a working email address.
• Send complete, readable bills for the reporting period. The report can only be as accurate as the information it's based on.
• Only upload documents you're entitled to share with us.

If something is missing or unclear, we'll email you. The turnaround starts once we have everything we need.

Refund policy

• Before we start work: a full refund.
• Once work has begun: a 50% refund.
• After your report has been delivered: no refund.

To cancel or ask for a refund, email hello@uncleesg.com with your company name. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

If we can't produce your report, for example because the bills don't contain the information needed, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Our responsibility

We prepare every report with care, using published official emission factors. We're not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you give us, or for how a third party uses or assesses the report. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
